If you are starting to research retractable seating systems, it is difficult to know where to start and how the process works. Here is the story of how the systems are created: from an initial concept to fully functional seats safely assembled in your venue.
Seating System Concepts
Firstly, your requirements are established by the designer who consults with you on both the creative and practical facets of the project. The initial concept, spatial dimensions and load bearing restrictions are set out: this is where creativity meets engineering. We have built some incredibly creative seating systems for clients that do not compromise on functionality.
The initial drawings are compiled on AutoCAD and SolidWorks Cad by our Master Industrie team which includes engineers, planners and draughtsmen. You, as a client, then give feedback on these first designs. After the final concept is agreed, the more detailed planning commences.
The resulting three-dimensional virtual prototype is thoroughly assessed by you and, only when you are completely satisfied, is it rubber-stamped. We can then look at different configurations of optional extras to take your project to the next level.
Stand Manufacture
When the contracts are completed, materials can begin to be sourced from our extensive list of trusted suppliers. Once they have been acquired, the manufacturing process can start. Mostly, manufacture is carried out in La Verrie in the Vendee region of France in our spacious 3000m² workshop. Here, modern processes using laser cutters, welding robots and numerical control folding machines, cut, weld and fold the materials. Current standard compliance technicians then oversee the assembly, inspection and packaging of your stand ready for transportation.
Installation At Your Venue
Master Industrie can deploy a team of qualified technicians to assemble the seating system at your site or you can mobilise contractors of your own choosing. The level of support is determined by you.
The size and location of the venue dictates the timescale of mounting the seating system. A medium sized stand, of three hundred seats, can take from between two and four weeks to assemble. This is from delivery of the materials to the construction of a fully operational seating system. We have a one hundred percent record of meeting a project’s deadline and a venue’s opening night has never been delayed due to our seating not being delivered. You can trust that projects are completed on time and to the exact specification that you agreed.
To fully utilise all features of your new design, we can provide comprehensive technical training for your venue staff. It is in the areas of installation, training and customer service that Master Industrie’s attention to our telescopic seating system clients really stands out in the marketplace.
