The on-site installation of the MASTER Industrie telescopic stands is provided by our team of qualified technicians in compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards including waste management. Prior to assembly, we conduct a joint site inspection to ensure that the required conditions are met (level ground, access, room shape and so on).

Once your stand is assembled, we undertake a full and rigorous check to guarantee that everything is functioning perfectly.

Ongoing Assistance, Support and Advice

Our team of specialist technicians provide after-sales service and maintenance for all our telescopic seating products.

We also offer a maintenance contract to keep your equipment in full working order for years to come. Maintenance includes regular inspections to check the operation and safety of your seating, replacement of any worn parts and training for new users.

Master Industries’s technicians are available to offer advice and technical support 24/7. In addition, if your issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we can offer an on-site support service.

Preventive Maintenance - Maintenance Contract

In order to maintain top-notch functionality, reliability and safety of our telescopic stands, they must be monitored and maintained by specialized technicians. The Master Industrie preventive maintenance program offers Maintenance Contracts from 1 to 5 years' duration. The contracts include periodic on-site visits from our technicians with the frequency tailored to your requirements.

Maintenance services include:

• Verification of the mechanical elements and assembly of the stand
• Verification of the electric motor
• Verification of the finishing elements
• Verification of the stand maneuvering system
• Verification of side panels
• If required, advice on use and additional training for staff on-site
