Seating System Decking

The decking of MASTER Industrie telescopic seating systems is made of plywood or Superpan and is attached to the structure of the tiered seating. It is a minimum of 18 mm thick, providing the public with optimum conditions for moving around on the stands.

The decking is M3 fire-rated and can be non-slip itself or delivered with a covering of your choice.

The rear risers give a more finished appearance to your stand and improve the auditory experience of your spectators by limiting the transmission of sound waves to the metal structure. Ideally, this should match the floor covering.

Floor Covering Options For Seating Systems

The covering on the decking of your retractable bleachers provides the essential finishing touch for the comfort, acoustics and harmony of your tiered seating. You have a choice of different types of carpet, linoleum, PVC floor coverings or parquets.

Seating System Facings And End Panels

The end panels fitted to your telescopic seating system are very important for the final appearance of your project. Apart from when the stand is positioned between three walls, panels or curtains are necessary to guarantee safety and prevent access under the stand, and the finish hides the frame.

MASTER Industrie end panels can be removable, telescopic or hinged and are made of wood or technical fabrics. There is a solution for all projects and all budgets among the many developed by our design & production team. 

Seating System Railings

The function and the finish of the railing both affect your choice. We thus offer numerous possibilities, such as filling with vertical bars, melamine or perforated sheet metal panels. The resistance of the railings depends on their position on the stand and is defined in standard NF P 01-012.

Removable End Railings

Removable end railings are the simplest of all the railings we offer. They must be fitted and removed each time the stand is moved.

The system is robust and effective and has been optimised by the MASTER Industrie design office to be fitted and removed in the shortest possible time whilst guaranteeing the safety of your spectators; always our top priority.

Fold-Down End Railings

These railings are pulled upwards to unlock them, allowing them to be folded down onto the steps of the aisles, thus avoiding having to transport and store them. Your tiered seating system is ready to be moved or used more quickly with this railing option.

Telescopic End Railings - The Ultimate in End Railings!

The ultimate in end railings, this telescopic version means the operator no longer has to worry about the railings. The nesting tubes slot into each other with no handling required. This system is the perfect partner for our fully automatic telescopic seating, which is particularly practical if the stands need to be moved frequently.

Seat Numbering

Place numbering not only allows you to seat your spectators, but can also improve the visual appearance of your auditorium. With this in mind, MASTER Industrie has come up with various possibilities for numbering the chairs on your telescopic seating system. Whether you opt for engraved PVC plates or decide to have the numbers embroidered directly onto the fabric of the seat covers, you will have a choice of different colours, fonts and heights for your numbers. Aisle Illumination For Your Seating System

Lights marking the aisles on your MASTER Industrie telescopic bleachers guarantees the safety of spectators moving around in the semi-darkness.

MASTER Industrie offers various lighting solutions which can also enhance your retractable bleachers.

Photo Luminescent Aisle Lights On Stair Edges

This system has several advantages, in that it does not require an electricity supply, will operate even in a power cut, and is discrete thanks to its low luminosity. The ambient light charges the strips in approximately fifteen minutes under normal lighting conditions (fifty lux minimum) and will provide aisle lighting for two to three hours, depending on the conditions.

Aisle Lights Using Led Lighting Modules

These LED lighting modules are built into the risers, consume little energy and ensure the safety of the public however long the show may be. Their vertical installation has the advantage of avoiding them being walked on. This system is controlled by a remote control, allowing the intensity and colour of the light to be adjusted. Ground glass softens the resulting light.

Led Aisle Lights Built Into The Risers

Simple and discrete, the lighting of the risers by blue LEDs fitted vertically allows the aisles to be visible in the semi-darkness without altering the level of light in the hall.

Writing Tablets

MASTER Industrie can add writing tablets to your chairs. Various configurations and dimensions are available, with individual tablets or shared between two or three seats, folding or fixed, attached to the backrest of the seat in front, on a leg or to each chair.

Surface Protection

The metal surfaces of MASTER Industrie telescopic seating systems are protected with thermosetting polyester powder paint in 40 micron layers and cured at 180°C. This paint is extremely hard-wearing and guarantees the longevity of your tiered seating.

Before this paint is applied, the structures are degreased and hot-phosphate treated for optimum adhesion of the paint over time.

Our structures are painted in black RAL9005 as standard, this color being dark and discrete in the semi-darkness during shows. Their smooth, satin finish enhances the high-quality appearance of a MASTER Industrie telescopic seating system. Other colors can be offered by request.
