training and ongoing training support

Once your custom seating solution is operational, Master Industrie provides a full training program for venue staff. Training helps ensure the safe use of our telescopic seating stands and the training program covers:

• System operation (for example, opening/closing the stand and chairs, installation of railings, use of lighting, use of the electrical cabinet, installation of the side panels and the front panel)
• Routine Maintenance
• Precautions for use
• What to do in case of failure or possible malfunction due to improper handling

Ongoing Training and Refresher Training

We also offer training during maintenance if necessary and offer training on request; for example, for new staff who require training to handle the equipment or for teams who need Refresher Training for equipment that isn’t in regular use.

Training Overview

• Duration: generally half a day but variable depending on the size and complexity of the stands.
• Number of people trained: at least two people must be trained to use the platform.
• Training is conducted at the point of use of the stand.
• The manipulation of the stand and the safety of use.
• The training is carried out by one of our specialized technicians.
• Podium failure simulations are conducted during the training in order to help operating staff troubleshoot effectively.
• Refresher training is available if required when we carry out stand maintenance.
